Ways to pay

You have several options to pay off your debt.

Sign in to the Customer Website to make a one-off repayment of your entire debt and enjoy financial freedom, or–if the amount exceeds your budget–set up an installment plan. You can also do this by speaking with one of our representatives via Live chat or by phone. Regardless of the selected mode of debt repayment, you may choose among the following payment methods.

Online payment

Sign in to the Customer Website, check your liability details and make an online payment via PayU: bank transfer, BLIK, bank card, GooglePay. The funds will be immediately credited to the relevant account, to provide you with the full control over the debt repayment process. No additional fees are charged in the case of payments processed via the Customer Website.

Bank transfer

We encourage customers to make payments to their individual accounts specified in our letter, e-mail or text message. If you have not been advised of your individual account number, you can also make payments to the following general bank account: 08 1140 1010 0000 5540 5100 1006 Please specify the relevant case number in the title of your transfer or other data that will help us to assign the payment to the correct account (e.g.full name, address; etc.). Providing such data is voluntary, however, it will speed up the assignment of the payment to the account. This information will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
